2. Shall be responsible for coordinating the development of policies, procedures, manuals and SOP for all the departments as per the NABH standards and guidelines.
4. Shall be responsible for the end to end implementation for the listed departments below as per the
a. Nursing department
b. Clinical Areas (ER, Patient Wards ,Lab,Radiology ,CSSD,ICU,OT)
c. Critical Areas- ICU,OT,CATHLAB,Endoscopy, Dialysis ETC
d. Hospital infection control SURVEILLANCE
e. Training, education, review and implementation to capture all the quality indicators in all the departments.
f.Daily round in clinical areas
5. Doing regular audits of all the areas of the hospital including both clinical and non-clinical areas. Ensured compliance to the standards by preparing all requisite policies & quality records.
6.Prepares internal Audit Schedules, assisting with internal Audit results,Active audit,Closed file audit
7.Reviews Non-conformances, Corrective Actions, Observations,and patient Compliants for repetitive trends, recommendations for changes and/or processes.
8.Actively supports and participates in quality management System training programs and other quality-related training.
9.Oversees quality assurance and compliance functions.
10.Conducting periodic audits to ensure adherence to norms & statutory compliances, identifying assignable and ensure adherence to chronic causes breakdown using latest analysis techniques and monitoring implementations of the audits observations in non conforming areas.

12.Participate in NABH,JCI, etc. audits
